Well, here is my very first blog post! I'm so excited to finally be blogging and sharing all of my baking and pastry adventures (and lets be real, misadventures too)! What I love about this opportunity is knowing, quite frankly, it will encourage me to push the envelope with creative and practical baking ideas and recipes to share with you. Knowing there may very well be someone interested or inspired by what I'm writing and doing somehow makes me feel more driven to do so! Let's dig right in shall we?
